About The Position

Business Integrator - B-52 CERP Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Management Specialist (Level 4) to serve as a Business Integrator for the B-52J Commercial Engine Replacement Program (CERP) located in Oklahoma City, OK. Find your future with us. CERP is a large complex modification to the B-52 which is crucial to the extension of the service life of the platform beyond 2050. In this role the candidate will play a pivotal role on the B-52J CERP Program Integration Office (PIO) team and the success of the program. Position Responsibilities: Supports the PIO manager in leading program execution by coordinating top-level plans and program metrics with a strong emphasis on financial and schedule baselines. Develops program work structures, top-level programs and execution plans compliant with Earned Value Management (EVM) rules. Lead Program control account manager (CAM) providing overall guidance to Integrated Product Team (IPT) CAMs Lead monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) review Identifies key program-level horizontal and vertical integration interfaces between major activities, teams, suppliers, partners, and customers. Leads others and directs all phases of assigned cross-organizational or business unit projects demonstrating proficiency in all project management areas in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., PMI, Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], ANSI, and ISO standards). Ensures assigned individuals are executing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan. Provides in-depth analysis of the project culminating with lessons learned and historical reports for incorporation into future project plans. Develops solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Requirements

5+ years of experience coordinating cross-functional teams, or equivalent experience
Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
Experience in preparing and presenting executive level briefings
3+ year of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)

Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
