About The Position

The Business Insights and Analytics Manager at Microsoft plays a pivotal role in leveraging AI-powered platforms to enhance digital marketing experiences within the Consumer Growth Engine and Integrated Marketing team (CGE-IM). This position is integral to supporting consumer growth through the provision of reliable, integrated, actionable, and data-driven insights that inform marketing strategies and initiatives. The analytics team is tasked with generating insights across various marketing channels, presenting findings and recommendations to CGE-IM and its partners regarding the impact of business and marketing actions. In this role, the manager will utilize their business acumen and exceptional data analytic skills to conduct analyses using a variety of tools, methods, and processes tailored for complex customer journeys. The insights derived from these analyses will empower the manager to lead discussions aimed at driving continuous improvement, efficiency, and overall success. The position requires a proactive approach, effective storytelling capabilities, and advanced knowledge in marketing and customer analytics, including measurement techniques and experimentation. Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, SQL, and MS Ads is preferred, as these will be essential in executing the responsibilities of the role.
