About The Position

The Business Insights Analyst II is responsible for conducting analyses on curated and/or aggregated DataMart's in conjunction with deep business subject matter expertise, to generate relevant analytical insights for business issues and identify opportunities to drive business growth and value. This position works independently as the senior analyst/subject matter expert and may coach and educate others. It is considered a subject matter expert within a given area and oversees and/or independently performs tasks from end-to-end, focusing on short to medium-term issues (e.g. monthly-quarterly).

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred (e.g., math, physics, engineering, finance or computer science).
• Graduate's degree preferred with either progressive project work experience or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Microsoft Office applications including Power BI.
• Relevant audit experience is a plus but not required.

• Ability to apply quantitative and qualitative methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead work streams as a project lead/subject matter expert.
