The Business Implementation Analyst at ICW Group is responsible for providing expertise in business analysis to enhance operational efficiency and support technology implementations. This role involves collaborating with various teams to develop business strategies, analyze processes, and recommend solutions to improve market share and operational performance.

  • Participates in project and strategy meetings to increase company market share.
  • Identifies blind spots in strategic plans and formulates recommendations for solutions.
  • Presents recommendations to business stakeholders on new products and market segments.
  • Analyzes cost center expenses and business processes to identify operational inefficiencies.
  • Advises business teams on implementations impacting processes and technology.
  • Provides expertise and support to internal team members as needed.
  • Develops and implements business strategy projects.
  • Assists with overall project planning for multiple projects.
  • Creates project definition documents for assigned projects.
  • Organizes and leads design review sessions to draft business requirements.
  • Documents and presents decisions from design review sessions.
  • Assists in creating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test plans and coordinates execution.
  • Partners with stakeholders in the development of business strategies and forecasts.
  • Collaborates with multiple teams to drive business strategy implementations.
  • Identifies opportunities for collaboration across departments.
  • Works with business units, IT, and legal teams to support department needs.
  • Partners with the enterprise business intelligence team in developing reporting tools.
  • Performs business analyses and evaluates management decisions' impact on performance.
  • Partners with business and data analytics teams to design new tools for efficiencies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required.
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience required.
  • Strong Excel skills required.
  • Familiarity with business analysis required.
  • Prior experience in the Insurance industry or project management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Workers' Compensation insurance principles preferred.
  • Knowledge of SQL or VBA is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of SQL or VBA is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the Insurance industry or project management is a plus.
