Role Objective We specialize in helping DACA recipients get their green cards through their careers ( not just through marriage). We are seeking an experienced Business Immigration Attorney to join our growing team in Phoenix. You’ll handle NIW, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3 PERM, EB-5 cases from consult through filing — and provide in-person USCIS interview coverage in the AZ field offices .

Requirements

  • Conduct thorough legal consultations with prospective and existing clients for employment-based immigration matters, including NIW, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, PERM, EB-5.
  • Manage cases from start to finish, including strategy development, document preparation, and filing with USCIS/DOL.
  • Prepare clients for USCIS interviews and provide representation (Phoenix-based role).
  • Stay current on immigration law and policy changes impacting employment-based petitions.
  • Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure accurate, timely filings.
  • Maintain accurate case notes, deadlines, and compliance with internal workflows.
  • Provide in-person USCIS interview coverage .
