About The Position

As a Business Human Resources Partner at Intel, you will engage with a talented team to address their people needs, build trusted relationships, and provide expert counsel. Your role will focus on driving engagement, talent growth, and organizational development while collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence to implement HR solutions that align with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field with 5+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
  • At least 2 years of direct experience in employee relations, data analysis, talent planning, training and development, performance management, or change management.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence and other partners to implement HR solutions that address business needs.
  • Conducts data analysis to support the implementation of HR programs, processes, and services.
  • Provides strategic counsel to managers and employees around talent factors related to business strategy execution.
  • Encourages positive employee relations by engaging directly with employees and monitoring organizational health.
  • Provides advice and counsel on performance-related issues, including talent identification and organizational planning.
  • Prepares leaders for talent review discussions and facilitates quarterly talent check-in meetings.
  • Uses business insights and data to understand organizational health and talent implications.
  • Deploys interventions in partnership with COEs to resolve business challenges.
  • Acts as a steward of corporate HR practices, guidelines, and policies.
