About The Position

Intel's Human Resources group is seeking an HR Manager to support the Finance organization and the Legal, Trade & Global Government Affairs organization. This role will act as a strategic business partner to executive and senior leadership, focusing on developing and executing effective HR strategies that align with the overall business plan. The HR Manager will be responsible for workforce planning, organizational assessment, and promoting a high-performance culture within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 8+ years of HR Experience working with large global organizations OR Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 6+ years of HR experience working with large global organizations.
  • Prior experience as either an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.

Responsibilities

  • Influences and partners with BU leaders and COEs to develop and execute an effective HR strategy.
  • Manages the HR strategy including identifying, aligning, and optimizing HR programs and processes.
  • Conducts 1:1 effectiveness coaching with senior leaders to improve leadership capability.
  • Provides workforce planning, organization assessment, and team management to support organizational change.
  • Delivers on the HR operating plan by understanding the aligned business group.
  • Partners with leadership teams to deliver against business and people objectives.
  • Encourages positive employee relations and monitors organizational health.
  • Coaches and develops the HR Business Partner team, setting goals and metrics for performance.
  • Acts as a steward of corporate HR practices and role models Intel culture and values.
  • Leads talent decisions and workforce planning in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
  • Owns the execution of standards-based activities across the talent lifecycle.
  • Provides advice and counsel to executives on talent matters and employee relations issues.
  • Partners with BU Leaders to address HR issues and increase productivity and engagement.
  • Consults with HR COEs to diagnose talent strengths and build proactive recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Manages talent pools and plays an active role in recruitment processes, promoting diversity.
  • Uses data to understand talent health and develops interventions to resolve challenges.
  • Enables teams to execute through clear goal setting and accountability.
  • Drives results by inspiring people and ensuring a productive work environment.
