About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking a strategic and collaborative Business Growth Strategy Director to lead the Ultra-High-Net-Worth Sales Team within the Wealth Investment Management's (WIM) National Sales Organization. This high-impact leader will oversee a team of senior strategists who work closely with financial advisors and cross-functional partners - including Trust & Fiduciary Services, Wealth Planning, and the Family Office - to deliver customized advice on complex wealth transfer, estate planning, and legacy strategies for our clients.
