As Business Growth Manager you will play a key role in expanding our client network and building long-term relationships with brands that align with our values and expertise. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in new business, brand management and/or communication management within a marketing, experiential, advertising, or creative agency
  • Experience with sports and/or entertainment brands (either agency or brand side)
  • Proven track record of building new client relationships
  • Strong understanding of marketing services (strategy, branding, experiential)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities at once

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the agency’s positioning and services
  • Build and manage a healthy network through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow up, referrals, and networking
  • Lead discovery calls to understand prospective clients’ goals, challenges, and budgets
  • Collaborate with agency teams to develop tailored proposals, scopes of work, and presentations
  • Own the pitch process from initial contact through scope of work development
  • Serve as a strategic partner to new clients during initial onboarding and scope of work development process
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, partners, and industry contacts
  • Track and report on network activity, revenue forecasts, and performance against goals
  • Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
