We are hiring a Business Function Analyst - Materials Management who will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and strategic transformation within our materials management team.   • Analyze and optimize materials management processes, including procurement, inventory control, warehouse operations, material planning (purchase planners) and plant (production) planning.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM) modules and related tools (BT Project).
  • Monitor key metrics such as inventory turnover, material availability, and procurement cycle times to identify trends and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to support user adoption, process standardization, and change management initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in materials management, procurement, or supply chain operations.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC Materials Management (MM) module or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Professional certification in a related field (e.g., APICS, PMP).
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or digital transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional workshops and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for reporting and insights.
