About The Position

As the Business & Financial Analyst Lead at CGI Federal, you will have overall responsibility for meeting the analysis requirements for federal government financial planning and budget analysis. This role involves leading the development of fully loaded costs, dashboards, visualizations, and reporting to support decision-making processes. You will leverage your expertise in Tableau and data analysis to drive insights and efficiencies. This position is located in Washington, DC.

Requirements

• Eight (8) or more years of relevant experience supporting federal government financial planning, POM, and/or budget analysis.
• Experience in developing fully loaded/fully burdened costs, dashboards, visualizations, and reporting.
• Six (6) or more years of relevant experience with Tableau dashboard development.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Azure Synapse, PySpark, or Python and the development of machine learning models.
• Experience using APIs to pull and ingest data into data warehouses in Azure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis requirements for federal government financial planning, program objective memorandum (OM), and budget analysis.
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reporting to support decision-making.
• Utilize Tableau for dashboard development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support financial planning and budgeting.
