Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Healthcare IT and/or business applications.
  • Will require occasional travel to Dallas.
  • HS Diploma / GED.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and provide expert-level support for a diverse portfolio of business and facilities-focused applications (e.g., Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), contract management, project management, financial planning & analysis tools, HRIS support for non-core modules, etc.).
  • Collaborate with various business and facilities departments to gather requirements, analyze existing workflows, and translate business needs into effective system configurations and solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues within assigned applications, coordinating with vendors or internal IT teams as necessary.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings within the applications to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Lead or participate in application upgrades, patch deployments, and new module implementations, including testing and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and user manuals.
