As a Business Experience & Planning Advisor within PNC's Strategy and Planning organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA; or Denver CO. The Business Experience & Planning Advisor on the CLLO Strategic Initiatives team is responsible for translating CLLO strategy into disciplined, measurable execution. This role drives high‑impact, cross‑functional initiatives by converting strategic priorities into executable workplans and roadmaps, coordinating delivery across Operations, Risk, Technology, and Enablement teams, and tracking progress against outcomes tied to client experience, risk, scalability, and performance. The advisor assesses and prioritizes new initiatives against enterprise priorities and operational capacity, supports leadership decisions on resource allocation and sequencing, and proactively identifies delivery risks and blockers. Partnering closely with Operations and Risk, the role helps design scalable, repeatable solutions, embeds change management considerations into execution plans, and oversees delivery of automation and technology initiatives to ensure benefits are realized and sustained. This role also establishes clear ownership, milestones, and accountability; runs regular execution cadences; and provides concise, transparent updates to CLLO leadership to maintain confidence in delivery and outcomes. This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Requirements

• Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
• Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Specific certifications are often required.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods.
• Executes key line of business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives.
• Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners.
• Responsible for executing and implementing business planning processes.
• Helps to designs strategic plans based on forecasts, and provides improvement recommendations.
• Understands business direction and needs and develops solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts.
• Identifies and executes opportunities that add value to the business and to achieve business goals.
• Works with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
• Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that influences the implementation of best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives.
