As a Business Experience Planning & Administration Advisor within PNC’s Strategic Business Development team, within the Corporate Responsibility Group, you will be based in office 5 days per week. As a Business Experience & Planning Administration Advisor, in alignment with PNC’s strategic priorities, you will interact with market and line of business leaders and influence cross-functional teams to collaborate and enable segment growth strategies enterprise-wide, including within Regional President Territories and Retail, C&IB, and AMG Lines of Business. In this position, you will design, develop, and/or actively manage a roadmap composed of business priorities that you will independently and interdependently define and present to business partners. An Advisor is required to stay apprised of changing client and industry dynamics through independent and shared research. This individual will be responsible for conducting discovery and analysis of target operating models and be a key partner in working with cross functional teams. The ideal candidate will have the following: • Ability to build consensus, create accountability, and influence resources. • Strong analytical skills. • Experience with BI tools like Tableau and PowerBI. • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. • Expert practitioner in client-centered design. • Digitally savvy and willing to keep pace with innovation and competitive intelligence. • Proven verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to senior audiences, sharp presentation skills. • Collaborative and inclusive team player, who can build relationships and enduring connections across a large geographical dispersed, and sometimes decentralized, organization. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods.
  • Executes key line of business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives.
  • Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners.
  • Responsible for executing and implementing business planning processes.
  • Helps to designs strategic plans based on forecasts, and provides improvement recommendations.
  • Understands business direction and needs and develops solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts.
  • Identifies and executes opportunities that add value to the business and to achieve business goals.
  • Works with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
  • Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that influences the implementation of best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives.
