As a Business Experience Planning & Administrating Advisor - Servicing Modernization Release Coordinator within PNC's Commercial Loan and Leasing (CLLO) organization, you will be based in either Brecksville, OH, Dallas, TX, or Pittsburgh, PA. Other PNC locations may be considered. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager's discretion. Servicing Modernization Release Coordinator must be willing and able to travel as needed.

  • Execution of software technology release planning and all change activities (including but not limited to release prioritization, User Acceptance Testing, etc.)
  • Facilitate all CLLO Change Program activities
  • Act as the Liaison with Employee Enablement team, Operations Production Support Specialists, and business SPOCS and SMEs through the delivery cycle
  • Collaborate with teams to work through and/or escalate roadblocks and challenges
  • Establish/coordinate Release Production Validation including root cause analysis of any unintended outcomes
  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
  • University / college degree or a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service)
  • Knowledge of business planning methods and execution of key business initiatives
