About The Position

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant within the Product and Strategy Delivery team as a part of Corporate Investment Banking Operations. In this role, you will: Lead Middle Office and cross-Ops change deliveries in support of multiple business groups and contribute to large scale initiatives Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff

Requirements

2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Ability to work a hybrid schedule
Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
Ability to work additional hours as needed
This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check.

Experience in CIB Operations and Agile/JIRA development process
Diverse background in Operations, Project Management, Data Analysis, and/or Strategic Planning
Experience executing large scale transformational initiatives, including automation and platform modernization
Ability to work across Operations leadership team, technology, and other support functions to assess multiple Regulatory, Industry, and Issue remediation obligations
Experience driving operational process improvements, implementing technology upgrades, and identifying business growth opportunities to develop and execute strategic delivery plans across the change portfolio

Advanced organizational skills with high diligence and accuracy
