About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking an Infrastructure Support Services (ISS) Business Execution Consultant to support one of Wealth & Investment Management’s (WIM) brokerage divisions. This role provides execution support across core business infrastructure functions, including representative code setup, adjustments, inquiries, and employee access facilitation within the assigned Client Relationship Group (CRG) division. The consultant will partner closely with branch leadership, branch support teams, and governance partners to ensure reliable, accurate, and timely execution of operational processes. Success in this role requires strong detail orientation, consistent communication, and the ability to build trust based working relationships. Critical functions include: • Representative code setup and maintenance • Access requests and entitlement facilitation • Timely communication with branch and home office partners In this role, you will: Participate in assigned and ongoing business operations to support achievement of business goals and objectives Set up new representative codes with a high level of accuracy, recognizing the impact on advisor compensation workflows Identify process improvement opportunities by performing research and root cause analysis of compliance and business metrics Determine strengths and opportunities within defined execution processes Review and analyze strategies, recommending actions to support effective, compliant, and efficient operations Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables and decisions Provide guidance across diverse operational support functions within the designated business group Collaborate with ISS and cross functional partners to ensure consistent execution Present recommendations for improvements to support strategy, risk management, and performance optimization Consult with leaders and executive management as needed Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution team members

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of experience within Wells Fargo Advisors’ Client Relationship Group (Operations, Governance, or Compliance)
  • Experience with Advisor Gateway / SmartStation APS, and BETA
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements using research and root cause testing
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and organizational levels
  • Ability to navigate and work across multiple systems, applications, and search tools
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast paced, complex environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
