Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative or business support experience
  • Experience working with merchant services
  • Strong data entry and quality control skills
  • Comfortable performing peer reviews
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Responsibilities

  • Enter and review data for new merchant accounts
  • Validate paperwork and ensure all information is accurate
  • Perform quality control checks and peer reviews
  • Support the rollout of a 100% quality‑check process for added locations
  • Clearly communicate any errors or discrepancies found
