The Business Excellence Specialist is an essential member of the BE organization who will support store success both remotely & onsite. Reporting directly to the North American Business Excellence Leader, this individual will work closely with leadership to implement new sales initiatives as they relate to store success. Problem-solving, onsite validation, Onsite Store Support, and Store Manager training are all a large part of the job. Occasional project management will be required, as well as Policy & Process development and maintenance. This position requires travel up to 75% of the time.
