About The Position

The Business Enablement Manager for ODM Operations at Meta is responsible for enhancing the operational performance of the Global ODM Fulfillment Operations team. This role focuses on securing funding, orchestrating purchase orders, enabling data and metrics, and improving business processes and tooling. The position requires collaboration across various teams to ensure the successful delivery of critical server racks for AI, Compute, and Storage globally, while driving performance improvement programs and managing relationships with supply chain partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 4+ years of industry experience in a technical or business-related field
• 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or adjacent domains
• Experience working in an analytical and results-focused role
• Experience in improving business processes
• Demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders and business partners.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business
• Knowledge of different supply chain models (Hub-spoke, drop-ship, reverse logistics)
• Experience driving a plan to bring resolution to differing opinions and fostering collaboration across functional boundaries
• Experience working with high complexity manufactured products.

Responsibilities

• Drive alignment amongst cross-functional teams on securing required funding/budgeting to support business operations.
• Own management, orchestration, and triaging of systems/processes associated with order execution, change order management, and invoicing.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on road mapping to enable tooling or process automation/efficiency with suppliers.
• Develop business requirements and work with cross-functional teams on solution design, testing, change management, launch, and sustainment.
• Lead metrics and reporting enablement, including insight gathering and reporting across various performance metrics.
• Partner with Sourcing to ensure product catalogs, price lists, and lead times are accurate.
