The Truist Care Center Business Enablement Lead (BEL) serves as the strategic Chief Operating Officer/Chief of Staff for the direct reports of the Head of the Truist Care Centers, ensuring the business operations of these organizations run with clarity, discipline, and consistency. This role is accountable for orchestrating the leadership rhythm, driving operational governance, establishing data driven performance insights, and enabling leaders to focus on strategic execution. Acting as a trusted advisor, the BEL connects enterprise strategic priorities to day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment, transparency, and seamless cross functional coordination across the TCC. As a key business operations subject matter expert (SME), the BEL designs, develops, and implements sustainable strategies that strengthen TCC’s overall operational and client experience performance. By translating strategy into execution frameworks, optimizing organizational effectiveness, and driving integrated planning, the TCC Business Enablement Lead elevates the performance, operational maturity and Executive decision-making of the TCC executive team and the broader Technology, Data & Operations (TD&O) organization.
