As a Business Development professional, you will be responsible for qualifying existing and potential customers, understanding and mapping customer decision-making processes across all regions, and identifying areas of engagement. You will work with internal stakeholders to deploy resources that support business objectives and customer needs, ensuring long-term business continuity. Your role will involve acting as a liaison between customers and appropriate internal subject matter experts (SMEs), defining Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to support both short and long-term goals. You will coordinate opportunity development for both new and existing customers and manage relationships with the manufacturer’s regional staff across all vertical markets. This position requires participation in a sales compensation plan, with a portion of On-Target Earnings (OTE) being variable and tied to specific sales-related goals set by Arrow.
