About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and guiding customers through the sales process. This role requires a goal-oriented approach, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets while providing tailored digital marketing solutions to clients. The candidate will conduct both in-person and virtual meetings, demonstrating our capabilities and understanding client needs. Additionally, the role involves problem-solving and adapting strategies to align with the customer journey and marketing challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of revenue growth.
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing and understanding of the SMB marketplace.
  • Proven track record of developing successful digital strategies for clients.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics in relevant SMB industries.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress.
  • Ability to maintain a positive rapport with staff and clients.
  • Ability to travel and have reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.
