About Us At Miller’s Textile Services, we provide Linen, Uniform, Mat, and Sanitation/Janitorial/First Aid rental services to businesses across Ohio. Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales or customer service, ideally in a recurring or rental-based service industry.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and consultative selling.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, self-starting attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive New Business Growth: Prospect through cold calls, emails, and door-to-door visits to schedule appointments, deliver presentations, and close multi-year service agreements.
  • Deliver Value-Based Solutions: Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses to recommend the right products and services that align with customer goals and profitability targets.
  • Ensure Smooth Onboarding: Manage documentation and coordinate with internal teams to guarantee a seamless transition for new accounts during their first six weeks of service.
  • Build Lasting Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to new and existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand services and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Sales Director, Service leadership, and other departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
