Certain positions at EnerSys Advanced Systems require access to information or technology subject to ITAR and other U.S. government security regulations, requiring candidates to be a “U.S. Person” or comply with ITAR requirements. The Business Development Specialist will coordinate EAS business development, pricing efforts, and proposal submissions, specifically for Aerospace & Defense and Commercial Markets related to thermal batteries, liquid reserve batteries, development programs, and government-funded projects. This role involves close collaboration with program management, finance, legal, and engineering to ensure compliant and timely proposal submissions, support program costing/pricing, and maintain positive customer relationships. The position has direct contact with customers, business unit leadership, and corporate executives, playing a contributing role in decision-making for EAS business.
