Business Development Specialist (Home Health & Hospice) Service Area: North Houston The Job We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Home Health/Hospice Business Development Specialist to join our growing team in the Houston market. The ideal candidate will have an existing network of referral sources and a proven track record of success in home health, hospice or healthcare sales. This role is responsible for developing and nurturing strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other key referral partners to drive census growth.
