About The Position

We are seeking a high-performing , revenue-focused Business Development professional to build, activate, and convert strategic referral partnerships into measurable client growth. You will identify and onboard referral partners, generate qualified consultations, and personally close referred clients at a 65% conversion target. You will own the process from first outreach to a signed engagement agreement. If you thrive on building meaningful partnerships AND driving revenue, then this role is for you! This is not a relationship-building-only role; This is a full-cycle growth seat! Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new strategic referral partners monthly
  • Prospect beyond traditional industries and uncover non-obvious growth channels
  • Qualify partners to ensure alignment with ideal client profiles
  • Establish structured referral relationships with clear expectations and measurable outcomes
  • Generate qualified consultations directly from partner relationships
  • Conduct consultations and close referred clients with a 65% conversion target
  • Ensure referral-driven clients experience a seamless, high-touch journey
  • Track referral performance and revenue contribution by partner
  • Replace or optimize underperforming partnerships
  • Develop referral activation strategies that consistently produce clients and revenue
  • Communicate ROI and mutual business value to partners
  • Collaborate internally to ensure a strong handoff and client experience
  • Monitor referral-to-revenue conversion metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Maintain ownership of monthly and quarterly revenue goals
