About The Position

We are looking for a BD specialist to come in and help us make a difference for our patients. This role will focus on new growth and new business across the Southern DFW region, supporting our clinics in Duncanville, Ennis, Fort Worth, etc. At DICOT, we take pride in taking care of people. Diagnostic imaging is often a time filled with uncertainty for patients and providers alike. We aim to bring clarity, access, and reliability to that process. We are looking for someone who can help expand that impact by building strong relationships and growing our presence in the community.

Requirements

Experience in business development, sales, or provider relations
Ability to engage physicians, attorneys, and business leaders effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and data visualization, along with PowerPoint and presentation design
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information

Nice To Haves

College degree preferred but not required
Experience in healthcare or medical imaging preferred

Responsibilities

Generate and nurture business relationships in professional environments
Identify and secure new referral sources including physician offices, specialty clinics, urgent care centers, legal partners, and employer groups
Build and execute territory strategies to increase imaging volume and market presence
Develop tailored partnership solutions aligned with client needs
Strengthen relationships with key decision makers to drive long term growth
Monitor market trends, referral patterns, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
Ability to tracel daily between locations
