As a Business Development Specialist, you will be introducing CEOs and CPA firms in various markets to alliantgroup. This is a highly visible role that works closely with our Sales Directors and other key executives across the organization. The ideal candidate will be part of a high-performance team, building and managing relationships with potential clients through current leads developed by alliantgroup, prospecting, networking, and building a referral pipeline. This position is primarily a hunter role - opening doors for new business and later helping to expand relationships with our channel partners. The Business Development Specialist will be tasked with new outreach to untouched U.S. business owners, C-Suite contacts, and CPA firms to educate them on the incentives they are not taking advantage of.
