About The Position

Caring Hands Home Health is expanding — and we’re seeking a driven, people-oriented Business Development Specialist to lead growth across the Triangle market (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill). This is a true field sales role for someone who thrives on connecting with others, building trust, and delivering measurable results. You’ll represent Caring Hands in the community — creating partnerships, expanding awareness, and growing our presence from the ground up. If you’re a confident communicator who loves the challenge of growing a territory, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven success in outside sales, business development, or territory management.
  • Experience in people-facing roles that required active communication, relationship-building, and follow-up.
  • Comfortable being on the road in all conditions — this is a field-based position.
  • Professional polish, strong communication, and genuine interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and accountable.
  • A team player who values collaboration but doesn’t need constant direction.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain referral and business partnerships with community organizations, facilities, and professionals throughout the Triangle area.
  • Represent Caring Hands at networking events, meetings, and outreach opportunities.
  • Confidently present services, build brand awareness, and develop relationships that drive results.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for new clients.
  • Track activity and results with precision — organization and follow-through are non-negotiable.
  • Manage your time, territory, and outreach independently while staying aligned with the broader team.
