About The Position

HungryPanda is seeking a dedicated individual to acquire merchants and assist them in achieving higher orders and Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV). The role is responsible for sales revenue and market share. The successful candidate will arrange in-person meetings to negotiate contracts with potential merchants and maintain existing relationships with cooperating merchants. This includes coordinating and resolving issues with various stakeholders, continuously improving merchant satisfaction and service quality, and ensuring fluent business operations. Regular merchant visits will be conducted, and the candidate will apply for or replace merchant materials as needed. Additionally, the role involves ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives, maintaining and constantly updating backstage settings for each merchant in charge, and liaising with Marketing and Delivery Operations to align strategies aimed at increasing GMV.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in Mandarin.
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Customer experience in the foodservice or delivery industry is a plus.
  • Strong time management and project management skills.
  • High sensitivity to market trends and data.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a desire to work with restaurants.
  • Not afraid to be refused, with top-notch people skills.
  • Excellent teamwork ability to cooperate with different teams.
  • Ability to efficiently complete business negotiations independently.
  • Have a valid driver license and a vehicle.
