Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • 2-3 years’ experience in construction industry preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering required

Responsibilities

  • Identify and take action to engage with key stakeholders of target engineering firms and contractors to create a path for Geopier and our partners to make technical proposals for the use of Geopier ground improvement and geotechnical technology on projects
  • Review construction project information including construction drawings and evaluate to identify value creation potential, including preparing and presenting Value Engineering (VE) proposals to potential clients
  • Interact with field and licensee partners to secure successful sales outcomes
  • Record accurate and complete sales relevant information in CRM system
  • Track projects and follow up at key dates
  • Direct the lead generation team
  • Expand sales network via outreach and digital engagement, including phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Achieve assigned sales targets
