In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, cultivation, and monitoring of account acquisition and penetration of customers in designated segments. You will regularly call current and prospective clients to obtain orders for Kforce services, ensuring customer satisfaction. Building solid, profitable relationships with clients through the delivery of exceptional service characterized by mutual respect, understanding, and trust is essential. You will engage in client development activities, which include sourcing, initial client qualification, identifying potential end users/decision makers, establishing contact relationships, and completing company and department profiles. You will also mentor new associates to engage in client development activities and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to support a high volume of prospect identification. Your role will require you to ensure local market alignment with initiatives related to client targeting, conduct market research, and qualify/classify target accounts within your assigned geography. You will keep abreast of market dynamics and trends, establish client expectations, and effectively communicate with appropriate parties. Advising clients on staffing solutions and coordinating with Recruiters once a job order need has been identified will also be part of your responsibilities. You will leverage current systems to track and maintain current and prospective clients and determine appropriate marketing techniques for your market, industry, and region. Completing required reporting and paperwork on a timely basis is crucial, as is developing and executing a daily plan.
