About The Position

What You’ll Do

Support day-to-day operational execution across orders, suppliers, and logistics.
Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time from purchase to delivery.
Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics to resolve operational issues.
Monitor order status, lead times, and service levels.
Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
Help define and document operational workflows and SOPs.
Maintain clean and accurate data in ERP / operations tools.
Support scaling operations as volume grows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (operations, business, supply chain, engineering, or similar) — completed or in final year.
• Strong organizational and execution skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Curious and comfortable using data and AI tools to support analysis and operational decisions
• Detail-oriented with a bias for accuracy.
• Proactive and able to take ownership in a startup environment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior internship or coursework in operations, logistics or supply chain.
• Experience working with order flows, vendors, or logistics partners
• Moderate data analysis skills (AI tools and spreadsheets).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo or simialr), or spreadsheet modeling.
