Responsibilities

• Outbound dialing sales prospects to generate interest in SelectQuote's products, making upwards of 800 calls daily.
• Handling and overcoming sales objections to transfer potential customers to licensed insurance agents.
• Meeting and exceeding specified monthly goals for transfer rates and contact to transfer to increase sales agent conversion.
