About The Position

Support the launch of new logistics lanes across domestic and European routes.
Analyze shipping options to optimize cost, speed, and reliability.
Benchmark carriers and transport modes to improve pricing and transit times.
Support carrier onboarding and lane setup (rates, lead times, constraints).
Assist with shipment tracking and performance analysis.
Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
Work closely with Operations, Procurement, and Sales to align logistics with customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (logistics, supply chain, operations, engineering, or similar) — completed or in final year.
• Strong English, German or French business fluency (C1) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in logistics, transportation, or operations roles.
• Curious and comfortable using data and AI tools to support analysis and operational decisions
• Comfortable working with data (spreadsheets, basic analysis).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving startup environment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior internship or coursework in logistics or supply chain.
• Experience comparing carriers, rates, or delivery options.
• Basic understanding of Incoterms or transport modes.
• Familiarity with ERP, TMS, or spreadsheet modeling.
