About The Position

Key responsibilities include pipeline generation, closing deals, market penetration, and team leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven success in healthcare staffing sales (5+ years often required).
  • Experience leading sales teams (2+ years).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and a drive to win.
  • Deep understanding of the locum tenens market and healthcare industry.
  • Ability to work with senior leadership and internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to win new contracts, generate leads, and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers at healthcare organizations.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and identify new opportunities in the locum tenens space.
  • Present tailored solutions to address physician labor challenges, highlighting the company's unique value proposition.
  • Manage, mentor, and guide a team of business development representatives.
  • Work with recruiting, compliance, and credentialing teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
