We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Business Development Representative with a genuine passion for sales. This role involves managing both inbound and outbound efforts, requiring strong time management, efficiency, and organizational skills. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their IT needs and challenges, and building strong relationships.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of Business Development experience
  • Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through research, networking, and outbound strategies.
  • Understanding prospects’ challenges, goals, and IT needs while building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM software and efficiently guiding leads through the sales funnel.
  • Working closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales strategies, generate qualified leads, and participate in marketing events.
  • Providing regular updates on pipeline progress, prospect feedback, and market trends.
  • Developing a strong understanding of Sentra.io’s products and services while actively pursuing professional growth.

  • Proven ability to establish trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives and business owners.
  • Ability to develop a strategic approach toward warm lead generation.
