About the position
LeagueApps is a lifelong business partner for youth and local sports leaders—providing them with unmatched tools, services, and expertise to help make sports happen. Our SaaS platform powers thousands of clubs, tournaments, leagues, camps, and facilities, reaching more than 10 million participants across the country. On top of our tech, we host events and community groups to help organizers develop leadership skills, navigate challenging situations, and create meaningful connections. LeagueApps founded and supports FundPlay Foundation, a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit building operational capacity for sports-based youth development organizations that bring sports experiences to hundreds of thousands of underserved kids and communities.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities by researching, identifying, and reaching out to potential partners via phone, email, and social media.
- Own the first impression by delivering a compelling and consultative approach that reflects LeagueApps’ commitment to helping youth sports organizations succeed.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to create strategic outreach campaigns, qualify prospects, and drive a strong pipeline.
- Experiment and refine your approach, testing different messaging and engagement strategies to maximize impact.
- Become an industry expert, learning about the needs and challenges of youth sports organizers to tailor conversations effectively.
- Actively contribute to team growth, sharing insights, feedback, and new ideas to optimize our sales process.

Requirements
- A motivated self-starter with 1+ year of experience in FinTech, SaaS, or a high-growth sales environment (preferably as an SDR or BDR).
- A natural connector who thrives on engaging with people, understanding their needs, and building relationships.
- Resilient and adaptable, embracing challenges and feedback as opportunities to improve.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using tools like Google Apps, Salesforce, and other CRM platforms.
- A goal-oriented professional who takes ownership of your role and strives to exceed sales targets.
- A team player with a competitive edge, eager to contribute to a high-energy, collaborative environment.
- Passionate about sports —whether you played, coached, or simply believe in the power of sports to transform lives.
