The Business Development Representative will manage the day-to-day sales and marketing activities for Caring Transitions. This role involves developing long-term network referral sources and creating both short and long-term marketing strategies. The representative will serve as the main point of contact with referral sources and prospects, working closely with the team to identify and analyze prospect needs and wants. The position requires effective communication with prospects to identify and structure their goals, as well as taking increasing responsibility for the sales and closing process. Additionally, the representative will work to improve and expand the Caring Transitions business through innovation, implementation, documentation, and quantification of marketing processes. This is a per diem role, and hours will depend on business needs.
