The Business Development Representative identifies and negotiates strategic relationships with current customers and develops new business relationships. On a daily basis, the Business Development Representative prospects for potential new clients within our target market: Pool & Spa Retailers, Pool Builders, Pool & Spa Maintenance firms. They cold call on, and market to, prospective clients, follow up and qualify sales leads, make professional presentations on products and programs, develop and maintain relationships with key customer personnel, identify client needs, provide quotes and product data as needed by customers, close sales and follow through to assure appropriate delivery, support Operations and A/R efforts, work with Sales Center, Regional and Divisional managers to grow the business, and complete internal reports and paperwork in a timely fashion.
