The Business Development Representative plays a vital role in helping individuals and families navigate significant life transitions with confidence, dignity, and support. This position is responsible for developing referral relationships, generating qualified leads, and serving as a trusted first point of contact for clients and community partners. Our clients are often older adults, seniors, adult children, caregivers, and families facing major life changes, including downsizing, senior relocation, estate clear-outs, divorce, death of a loved one, hoarding situations, move management, and home preparation for sale. Because of this, the role requires much more than sales ability; it requires empathy, patience, professionalism, and the ability to build trust during highly emotional and sometimes overwhelming seasons of life. This role is essential to the growth of the business and to the experience our clients have from the very beginning. The ideal candidate will be comfortable serving in a mix of outside sales, community networking, and in-home consultations, while representing the company with compassion, confidence, and care. This is an important relationship-centered role that directly impacts the families we serve and the professionals who trust us with their referrals. The Business Development Representative helps ensure clients feel seen, understood, and supported during difficult transitions, while also helping build the partnerships that allow our company to grow and serve more people in our community. Success in this role means not only meeting sales goals, but also becoming a trusted resource for families, caregivers, and referral partners who need guidance during times of change.
