Motus is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to provide a foundation and tools for growth in a rapidly expanding SaaS business. In this role, you will help create new opportunities and drive revenue growth by researching, identifying, and qualifying leads and setting meetings for the closing Sales team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and work ethic, enjoys the grind, and is persistent and resilient in seeking new business. While Motus is a remote-first company, this role will be hybrid, working out of a Chicago-based office Tuesday through Thursday. Other in-person Sales Enablement and trainings are required for all members of the BDR team, and some travel is required.
