About The Position

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) , you will be the initial voice of Euna Solutions for prospective customers across our product lines. You will be responsible for both inbound lead qualification and proactive outbound outreach , partnering closely with Account Executives to generate pipeline and drive revenue growth. In this role, you’ll engage public sector leaders across North America—responding to expressed interest while also identifying and pursuing new opportunities within target accounts and territories. Requirements

  • Relevant education or experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role (B2B or B2C)
  • Understanding of the SaaS industry or technology-enabled solutions
  • Demonstrated persistence and comfort with proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Strong mindset that any “no” brings you closer to a “yes”
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed goals and performance objectives
  • Naturally inquisitive with a strong appreciation for effective qualification
  • Confident, professional, and engaging communicator
  • Genuine relationship-builder who enjoys helping others solve business problems
  • Drive for continuous improvement, with examples of improving processes or outcomes
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, and sometimes ambiguous environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using a CRM, ideally Salesforce, is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Engage and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, website forms, and product inquiries
  • Execute outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social outreach to targeted accounts and personas
  • Conduct discovery and qualification conversations to assess fit, urgency, and buying readiness
  • Generate net-new pipeline by identifying opportunities within assigned territories or verticals
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executive or product team
  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM hygiene in Salesforce
  • Meet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings, pipeline contribution, and activity metrics
  • Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback on campaign quality, messaging, and lead performance
  • Partner with Sales to align on account strategies, follow-up plans, and opportunity handoff
  • Stay informed on public sector trends and Euna product updates to confidently position value
  • Participate in ongoing skills development, coaching, and team training
