The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a vital role as the front line of Impruvon Health’s growth engine. This team is responsible for initiating meaningful conversations with key decision-makers, identifying qualified opportunities, and setting the stage for successful sales cycles. You will report directly to the Business Development Director, receiving consistent training, coaching, and support while working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This role involves structured outreach, strategic discovery, coordination with the Sales Team, pipeline management, and ongoing learning about our platform and the IDD and behavioral health industries. Because BDRs are the first point of contact for nearly all new revenue and client relationships, the quality of work in this role directly impacts the company’s success. We measure success by the quality and impact of your work, not just volume. You’ll be successful as a BDR at Impruvon Health if you: Consistently book qualified, high-value meetings with decision-makers Help Sales convert those meetings into real opportunities and revenue Shorten sales cycles through thorough discovery and clean handoffs Re-engage stalled accounts and uncover expansion opportunities Influence messaging and strategy by sharing what you learn from the field Are seen as a strategic partner to Sales, not just a meeting setter
