Full-time Business Development Representative Opportunity - Granite Hills Hospital is a 120-bed behavioral health facility care facility located in West Allis, WI. We are dedicated to offering high-quality, patient centered behavioral healthcare for the greater Milwaukee community. Our new 120-bed facility features features evidence-based treatment for adolescents, adults, and older adults. Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health area, marketing, business administration or related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in health care business development/marketing environment with measurable business development results, and a knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles, preferred.
  • BDR market includes Dane, Rock, Green, Jefferson, and Walworth Counties.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of and existing medical and behavioral health contacts in these areas is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the liaison between the facility, the community, and referring agencies
  • Responsible for creating demand for the facility’s services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods
  • Represent a positive and professional public image of the facility within the community
  • Implement the facility’s strategic sales plan
  • Enhance the facility’s brand/image
  • Effectively manage assigned territory and accounts
  • Work to achieve departmental and facility business development goals
