About The Position

We are looking for Business Development Representatives to join our rapidly growing Sales team. This is a high-output, outbound-heavy BDR role focused on generating a pipeline of companies that have large digital ad spend and shipping budgets. The BDR is positioned as the front line of revenue creation and expected to work closely with AEs.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in an outbound-focused, quota-carrying BDR or SDR role
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding meeting and pipeline targets
  • High-volume cold calling experience (60–100+ calls/day)
  • Strong writing skills—crisp, clear, and non-spammy
  • Research-driven and capable of customizing messaging at scale
  • Coachable, feedback-hungry, and resilient
  • Competitive, persistent, and reliable—no ego, no excuses
  • Confident speaking to senior buyers
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Make 60–100 outbound calls daily
  • Send 40–60 targeted outbound emails daily with personalized messaging
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research accounts, find buying triggers, and craft personalized outreach
  • Prospect into DTC, eComm, and SaaS companies with significant digital ad spend
  • Run multichannel outreach sequences (phone, email, social)
  • Log all activities in HubSpot with clean CRM hygiene
  • Follow up persistently with all prospects until they convert or disqualify
  • Qualify leads thoroughly using our ICP criteria
  • Work tightly with AEs to ensure clear, complete handoffs
  • Text, DM, or connect socially with prospects when appropriate
  • Participate in pipeline reviews, call coaching, and daily team huddles
