About The Position

American Bolt Corporation, headquartered in New Berlin, WI, is looking for a Business Development Representative/Outside Sales Representative for the Waukesha. WI territory , to join our sales team. We are excited to bring on an Outside Sales Representative with a winning, positive mindset to help us grow this territory. Total compensation for this position is $60,000-$75,000 (base salary plus quarterly bonus eligibility), based on experience and performance. The territory for this position spans from Waukesha south to Burlington, west to Fort Atkinson and Jefferson, north through Watertown into Hartford, and back down to Brookfield. This representative must live in the territory. American Bolt provides a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, personal time off, vacation time, paid holidays and more. American Bolt also offers a profit-sharing bonus for all employees. This role includes cell phone, laptop, and other standard tools to execute the role. AS AN OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE, YOU WILL Be physically active in the Waukesha territory, finding new business. Identify and secure new business relationships in the Waukesha territory. Strategically develop accounts. Self-generate business as well as work with provided leads partner with accounts. Manage existing accounts (some account management). Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field; or equivalent combination of required education, training, and experience
  • 2+ years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales and partnership building
  • Experience using CRM tools
  • Strong computer skills

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in the Manufacturing or Construction industries is preferred
