With the guidance of the Business Intelligence Manager and the local Field Sales Manager, the Business Development Representative assumes responsibility for increasing market share and awareness in the designated territory and generation of new customers. Product offerings will include Raymond brand lift trucks, aftermarket service and parts for Raymond and non-Raymond equipment, service and replacement of industrial batteries, as well as other products relating to material handling, distribution & warehousing in general. The primary goal of the Business Development Representative is to generate new sales opportunities and pass them on to other sales agents who will convert them into new customers.
