Under the direction of the Vice President of Marketing & Business Development, the BDR develops, maintains, and grows relationships with hospitals, behavioral health providers, EAPs, veteran organizations, treatment programs, and other key referral partners. This position combines relationship-driven outreach with data-informed strategy, ensuring all business development efforts support Alpas’ broader goals of payer mix optimization, ethical marketing, and mission-driven growth.
